When departing the holiday houses you are expected to leave them clean and tidy. Although cleaners do come in and clean after you have left, it makes our job a lot easier if you can tidy up after yourself - i. wash and dry dishes / vaccum / put furniture back / strip beds - it really is much appreciated!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation within 31 days of arrival date: 20% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
100% cancellation fee's are only charged if we are unable to sell on your
cancelled booking, also for any unexpected cancellations please contact me.
The minimum stay for all houses is two nights. However during the off season we may allow one night stays for a small fee - please enquire.
There is no maximum stay, however durations longer than 7 nights may be eligible for discounts.
