Description: 

This is a lovely 5 Year old holiday house - perfect for families or couples. The house is situated on Pop Andrews Drive so just a few minutes walk to town and 8-10 minutes down to the lake. It has a lovely section with nice views of the Kepler and Murchison Mountains.

Named Pop's View after Pop Andrews - he was a Milford Road worker back in the 1980's - unfortunately he was killed by an avalanche on the Milford Road in 1983. Be sure to notice 'Pop's View Point' on the way into Milford Sound - this was his favourite spot!

Just a stones throw from the local 'club' - which has fantatic meals!

You are expected to leave the house clean and tidy. Although cleaners do come in and clean after you have left, it makes our job a lot easier if you can tidy up after yourself - it really is much appreciated!

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation within 31 days of arrival date: 20% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
100% cancellation fee's are only charged if we are unable to sell on your cancelled booking.
