Description: 

Te Anau Cottage is a three bedroom house nestled amongst trees, affording privacy, shelter and quietness while providing a sunny view north to the mountains.  The Lake is but a short walk down the road. The shopping centre is a 5min walk away.

This is a real crib with loads of character - perfect location!

  • 3 bedrooms - one with a double bed and two with 2 singles in each.
  • Great lounge - bedrooms go off the lounge
  • Nice fire for those chilly evenings - plenty of wood.
  • A lovely sunroom so plenty of warmth in this house.

  • Portacot and highchair available on request - free of charge.

Great sandy swimming beach just a few minutes from the house / boat harbour very close / childrens playground also just a few minutes walk away!

You are expected to leave the house clean and tidy. Although cleaners do come in and clean after you have left, it makes our job a lot easier if you can tidy up after yourself - i. wash and dry dishes / vaccum / put furniture back / strip beds - it really is much appreciated!

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation within 31 days of arrival date: 20% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
100% cancellation fee's are only charged if we are unable to sell on your
cancelled booking, also for any unexpected cancellations please contact me.
